Police are appealing for the public's help to trace a man wanted on suspicion of harassment. Joe Williams, 27, who was last known to be living in Azalea Court, Chelmsford, is currently wanted by police. He is described as white, 5ft 6ins tall, of stocky build with short brown hair.
