A lorry that crashed into a ditch off the A12 is causing tailbacks while the road is cleared.The vehicle went off the road on the north-bound carriageway, heading towards Chelmsford, at around 6.15am this morning at junction 15 near Three Mile Hill.Police officers are at the scene enforcing a rolling road block and coning off the area from junction 14 while junction 15 is closed.Junction 15 turn off for Maragretting is expected to be closed for the next hour.Sgt Colin Shead of Essex Police's...
