JoeSturdy published Abandoned car found in middle of road near Witham
An abandoned car forced police to close a road near Witham this morning (February 1).Western Road in Silver End was closed during the rush-hour for 'safety reasons' while the car, which was in the middle of the road, was removed. The road was re-opened by 7.50am.
